From initial consultation to move-in, most custom homes in the GTA take 18–30 months. This includes 4–8 months of design and permitting, and 12–20 months of construction depending on size and complexity. Toronto building permits typically take 3–6 months to obtain.
Yes. We have extensive experience building custom homes and cottages throughout the Muskoka region — including on waterfront lots, which carry specific shoreline and setback requirements we are experienced navigating.
Both. We work comfortably alongside clients who have an existing architect relationship, and we can also recommend architects we have worked with repeatedly and trust. Coordination between design and construction is something we manage actively.
